Impressive customer service
In the first place I was at fault and purchase the wrong item!! Fatbat contact was impressive and sympathetic and they arranged with Royal Mail for the packaged to have a label postage paid and RM collected the item from my home on time. Very impressed! Thank you

Great product and arrived around 48hrs after placing the order. If you don’t mind buying refurbished or ex-display electrical goods that work perfectly and the only thing missing is a bit of packaging graphics then dive right in! 10/10! 🙂
